Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sand77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sand77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. sand77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming on the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and for ensuring that your gaming activity remains within your personal financial means.
